I’m A HIPpy

When I'm a HIPpy launched, they had this huge, heart-tugging mission—raising awareness and funds for hip dysplasia and other hip issues—but zero online footprint. Families, supporters, and medical pros had nowhere to go.

  • Everything. From scratch. A site that educates and inspires, plus all the backend magic to handle donors, events, community chats, and donations from across BC, Canada, and the world.

  • I started by actually listening (shocking, I know). We built a clean, responsive Squarespace site as the main hub, then piled on the practical bits: CRM for tracking supporters, a community forum, online donations, event management software, and e-commerce setup. Everything scalable to allow them to grow without retooling.

  • The site became the go-to spot for families, pros, and donors. Donations flow smoothly, event tickets sell themselves, the forum built a real community, and the whole organization now looks as serious about hip health as they actually are.

    Mission accomplished.
