Talk Together Speech-Language Pathology is run by an exceptional SLP who has exactly one professional superpower she wants to focus on: helping children and their families find their voice. The business, branding, marketing, operations, and everything else that makes the practice actually function? That's where Fearon Communications comes in.

This isn't just a "we built a website" story. This is a full ongoing partnership. Every non-clinical aspect of the practice flows through Fearon Communications so the clinician can stay in her lane (the one she’s genuinely brilliant at) without worrying about anything else.

From the very beginning, the challenge was clear: build something that feels warm and approachable for families who are often coming to them during stressful moments, while being polished and professional enough that no one ever second guesses the expertise behind it.

THE APPROACH

how we got there

Build the whole thing. Then keep building it.

We started with brand identity — establishing the look, feel, colour palette, and personality of the practice before a single word of copy was written or pixel of the website was designed. Clinically sterile is good for operating rooms. Less great for a waiting room full of nervous kids and their parents. The brand needed to say you're in the right place before anyone even opened their mouth.

From there, every deliverable was built on that foundation. The website was designed and written to reflect the brand exactly: warm, clear, and confidence-inspiring. Copywriting extended across all marketing materials. Collateral was designed and produced. The backend operations were all sorted so the practice could open its doors and just run.

And then there's a mural, a 15-foot hand-designed piece printed on vinyl and installed in the waiting room — the first thing families see when they walk in. It sets the entire tone of the space because when a nervous 5-year-old walks into a waiting room that feels like fun and not a chore, the therapy starts before the session does.
