THE NEED
the starting point
Everyone sounded the same. That was the whole problem.
Let's be honest. Bailiff Services is not an industry known for its compelling web copy. Most firms look and sound identical: generic, vaguely intimidating, and about as inviting as a parking ticket.
Matrix knew they were better than that. They just needed someone to prove it in writing.
Their previous website and marketing materials weren't doing them any favours. Visitors showed up, looked around, couldn't figure out what made Matrix different than everyone else, and left. In a competitive industry where trust is everything and the differences between providers actually matter, unclear messaging isn't just a missed opportunity — it's costing real business.

Go deep. Find the difference. Say it clearly.
I went deep: interviews with the Matrix team; research into the bailiff industry; competitive analysis to find out exactly what everyone else was saying so we could deliberately say something different.
I worked alongside a trusted graphic designer to pair the copy with visuals that reinforced the message: professional, clear, and trustworthy. The information architecture got a full rethink so visitors could find what they needed fast and feel confident when they did.
Good copy in a bad structure is still lost copy. We fixed both.
