THE NEED
the starting point
Great reputation. Dated website. New city. Urgent.
Here's a story I hear a lot: someone builds a solid, respected business over years of hard work, and then their website still looks like it was designed during the MySpace era. Not because they don't care, but because there's always something more urgent to deal with.
Hedberg & Associates had the expertise. They had the reputation. They just needed the online presence to finally catch up.
Then they relaunched in a new city, and “finally catching up” became a little more urgent. In a new market, you don't have the existing reputation to fall back on. The site needed to do in 30 seconds what word-of-mouth had been doing for years: make someone think “these are clearly the right people.”

THE APPROACH

Capture what makes them great. Then say it clearly.
Fresh Squarespace build. Full copywriting overhaul. The goal was to capture what makes Hedberg & Associates genuinely good at what they do and then say it in a way that's clear, confident, and doesn't require the reader to work too hard.
The information architecture got reorganized so visitors can find what they need without getting lost while still being guided through the full story of what Hedberg brings to a client relationship.
Great expertise deserves great presentation. That's the whole job.
